Approach: Developed comprehensive communication infrastructure by establishing a 52-member PR team across all campuses, centralizing management of 90+ social media accounts, and creating award-winning multimedia content while implementing systematic workflows for district-wide coordination.

Achievements: Successfully managed 30 campus websites, supervised 52 PR team members, centralized 90+ social media accounts achieving over 1 million impressions, and created award-winning video productions, photography, and graphics.

Results: Increased social media presence by 125%, established sustainable communication processes that continue to serve the district, and transformed how Alief ISD connects with its community through professional standards and strategic messaging.
